![]() Those reasons are why my review sits at four stars. Secondly, I love the idea of identifying people’s faces but what about our dogs, and other animals? Google Photos can do that why can’t Apple Photos? Google Photos can identify people even when they’re not facing the camera, why not Apple Photos? I know this review may seem more like an ad for Google Photos, but I’m saying all of this in hopes that Apple will maybe take some notes and bring these features back or introduce these features in a future update. I love the fact that I can store and print photos via Google Photos, but I don’t like the fact that I have to rely on a third party system when I know Apple used to have that exact feature. ![]() With that being said I still don’t understand why Apple discontinued Apple Photo Print Products, I unfortunately was never able to even use this feature but had it not been discontinued I’d use it a lot. It’s not because Apple Photos is horrible, however it is due to the fact that it lacks a few features that I do enjoy, and use. Let me start off by saying that I did originally use Google Photos, and still to this day do to an extent.
